When you’re in a hurry during the week, there’s often little time for fresh food. But with a few simple recipes, you can be at the table in 20 minutes – without frozen pizza or a delivery service. Here are three dishes that you can prepare with little effort and even use for several days.
1. vegetable couscous with feta
Preparation time: approx. 15 min
Simply chop the vegetables of your choice (e.g. peppers, zucchinis, carrots), fry in a pan, pour hot water over the couscous, mix everything together and serve with feta.
💡 Tip: Great to cook in advance for the next day – also delicious cold.
2. creamy lentil soup
Preparation time: approx. 20 min
Sauté the red lentils, carrots, onions and spices in a pan, add the stock and simmer for 15 minutes. Puree or leave chunky – depending on taste.
🥄 It is filling and can be frozen in portions.
3. pasta pan with spinach and ricotta
Preparation time: approx. 20 min
Cook the pasta while sautéing the onions and spinach. Mix with ricotta, season, fold in pasta – done. It could hardly be quicker.
